This exhibition, curated by Ariel Jiménez, presents 70 works that are part of the Venezuelan Cisneros Collection, one of the most notable in South America.

It is the first time that the majority of the artists included here are exhibited in Uruguay, among them featured the Uruguayans Joaquín Torres García, with four paintings from his constructivist period, and Carmelo Arden Quin, one of the founders of the Madí group, the Venezuelans Carlos Cruz-Diez, Jesús Soto, Alejandro Otero, Gego, the Argentines Gyula Kosice, Enio Iommi, Raúl Lozza, and the Brazilians Helio Oiticica, Lygia Clark, Sergio de Camargo, Alfredo Volpi, and Mira Schendel.
